Who can request it?
Those people who find themselves in Spain on a student visa and have reached, at least, a level 6 in an authorized higher educational institution, including foreign students with a Degree in Higher Artistic Teachings.

- The title, certificate, or proof of higher education under the official qualifications within the European Qualifications Framework.
- Medical insurance, public or private, signed with an insurer authorized in Spain.
