As from August 23rd, Spain eliminates restrictions for Colombian travelers. 

Travelers coming from Colombia must present the complete vaccination schedule, as well as the health form and QR code to be obtained within 48 hours prior to travel. 

According to the Colombian Embassy in Spain, Colombia is no longer considered a high-risk country for Covid-19, and travelers will not be quarantined.
