The process can be carried out in the Consulates of Chile, in the International Police when entering or leaving the country, in the regional addresses of the Electoral Service (Servel) or in the website http://cambiodomicilio.servel.cl/ using a password Unique granted abroad by the Consulates of Chile.
In addition, Chileans born outside the country, over 17 years of age and who have been in Chile for more than 1 year, can do this in the Consulates of Chile or in the regional offices of the Electoral Service in Chile.
