Luxembourg

• You can enter Luxembourg if you are traveling from an EU country, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein or also, if you are a legal resident in the mentioned countries.
• For third-country nationals, the decision of the European Union to toughen entry conditions until June 30, 2020 applies.
• If you travel by plane, consult the Lux Airport website that provides information to access the airport and planes. In addition, passengers can choose to be tested at a national laboratory or upon arrival at the terminal.
• Most of the shops and stores are open, as well as theaters, museums, places of worship and wellness.
• There is currently no risk area under confinement in Luxembourg.

Netherlands

• You can travel to the Netherlands from an EU country, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
• Travelers from Sweden and the United Kingdom may enter for reasons of force majeure. But they must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
• Transit travelers must present a travel ticket to the final destination. Travelers in high-risk areas must have a health statement and are urged to quarantine for 14 days. It is recommended to consult the airports in risk areas of the EU Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
• For third-country nationals, the EU decision to toughen entry conditions until June 30, 2020 applies.
• The accommodations only work with prior reservation. You may be stopped at the border if you don’t have a reservation.
• Entry by land is authorized for travelers from countries of the European Union and Schengen, except Sweden and the United Kingdom.
• Non-essential shops are open, but reservations must be made.
• In hotels, bars, restaurants, tourist places, museums, spaces of well-being and worship, you must keep a distance of 1.5 meters.
• There is currently no confined risk area in the Netherlands.
