China exempts Spaniards from visa requirements for trips of up to 15 days
Travelers from Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Holland and Malaysia will be able to travel to China without a visa, as long as their stay does not exceed 15 days in the country and they are holders of an ordinary passport.
The measure, which comes into force on December 1, 2023 and will remain in force until November 30, 2024, allows entry to China for those whose purpose of travel is: business, tourism, family visit and transit.
This new measure is of a temporary nature and is only contemplated for trips of up to 15 days. If the stay exceeds this period of time, travelers must apply for the corresponding visa according to the purpose of the trip.
