Due to Chinese New Year on the 1st to 2nd October, any government offices situated in china will be closed to the public. They will open again between the 5th-7th October depending on the office.

Due to this closure, management of visas, work permits and paperwork related to immigration, will be suspended until the offices reopen.

The Service Centre for applications for Chinese visas in Madrid will open on Monday 5th October at the usual time.
