Companies must validate work permits
Currently, Equatorial Guinnae is conducting an audit on the Ministry of Labour, which requires companies to validate the work permits of foreign employees and contract authorizations, which have been presented in the public domain.
The procedure documentation to validate this delay usually takes one day, however this will depend on the number of foreign employees that each company has hired. Failure to complete this documentation could invalidate the work permits.
This audit is the response to a resolution published on the 25th May 2014, which states that all permits must be revalidated and signed by the General manager of Labour.
