Quick readFlights to the United States from Europe will be suspended from Friday, March 13. The restriction, which will be in force for 30 days, also states that:
- It only affects foreign citizens who have been in any of the countries of the European Union in the last 14 days.
- Passengers returning from Europe will undergo medical tests at arrival airports.
- The return of permanent residents and immediate family members of US citizens will not be affected.
- And, the restriction applies to commercial flights, but not to freight flights.
- Moreover, flights from the UK will be excluded from the order.
